Campeyn Group

Campeyn Group is a second-generation family-owned business that delivers a comprehensive range of facility maintenance services to local governments, hospitals, schools and health care facilities. 

Miglic MacLeod partnered with Campeyn to provide bid development services to secure three out of three long-term property services contracts for three councils, valued at a total contract amount of $100 million.

Across these bids, we provided expert consultants who delivered the following proposal services:

• Bid strategy
• Innovation solution
• Writing.

We also provided an innovative service delivery model that was more efficient than conventional delivery models. This was reinforced by a series of customised service delivery plans which provided greater operational efficiency and risk reduction than generic plans.

In alignment with contemporary local government sustainability goals, we proposed green technology solutions to monitor, measure and provide feedback on the energy consumption of council assets. This delivered a cost-savings component as well as meeting council sustainability objectives.

Key to our success was a best practice asset management approach with commitments made to the customer during the bid formulation phase.
