Melbourne Water Infrastructure Maintenance

Melbourne Water plays a critical role in support of Melbourne’s environment, community and industry. They are responsible for managing Melbourne’s water supply catchments, waterways and major drainage systems, removing and treating wastewater and sewage and providing services for local communities.

In 2021 Melbourne Water was looking for a service provider to provide high quality, reliable services for the maintenance, repair and renewal of their assets and delivery of minor capital works. In particular, they wanted a partner that would assist them to manage and protect Greater Melbourne’s major water resources and enhance life and liveability in the area.

Programmed, a leading provider of operations and maintenance services with proven, reliable and innovative solutions for the water industry answered the call. Miglic MacLeod was pleased to provide tender development services to assist Programmed with their proposal for Melbourne Water’s Enhancing Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery RFP, including writing of:

• Draft Management Plans.

Our consultant worked to clearly articulate how Programmed’s solution met Melbourne Water’s needs and showcase their experience and performance. As 2022 dawned Programmed’s tender for the contract was ultimately successful and a strong, collaborative and future-focused relationship was established.
