Averley Estate, Stage 4B Wetland culverts crossing

Stage 4B engagement included box culvert base slab, barrier, end walls and fence along with the required head & wing walls.
Services included:
- review of site geotechnical report and civil drawings
- update design of pit4 of stage 3 to suit new layout
- culverts base slab design to accommodate 2 cells for the crossing
- concrete with snap brick finish or brickwork retaining and head walls design up to 3.5m tall
- allowance for feature painted steel posts base connection
- safety barrier and footing design to end walls design
- certificate of compliance – design for all documented structures
- site inspections during construction phase
