Bayswater Secondary College
Bayswater Secondary College is a growing co-educational school in the heart of Bayswater, set on an attractive and spacious site that adjoins the picturesque Dandenong Creek Trail and is easily accessible by bus and rail public transport.
The main project objective was to replace the main teaching block and there may be additions to the project which includes the replacement of the administration and library buildings and potentially renovation of the gym and addition of a small performing arts facility.
Our structural team is responsible for assessment of the existing buildings and provide new structural design as required to accommodate for alterations/refurbishment to the existing buildings as well as framing and footing design for new buildings and landscape features.
Our civil team is responsible for stormwater drainage design for new covered areas and extensions to the buildings, pavements design and surface water drainage design
We also work closely with the landscape designer for surface water drainage and pavement design as required.
