We partnered with Workshop Architecture in providing structural and civil engineering services for the construction of a new 500-seat auditorium/lecture theatre at Braybrook College.
Our scope included managing geotechnical investigations, structural design considered a tilt up concrete panel with lightweight roof as the best solution for this amphitheatre.
Auditorium Building façade consist of loadbearing precast wall elements and lightweight steel framing façade at the north and south elevation. Lightweight façade element is supported by the steel truss with the 16m span and supported by the steel column at ends.
Offering a comprehensive solution from concept through construction, Miglic MacLeod covered schematic design, design development, tender documentation, and contract administration.
Our team of engineers and drafters leveraged advanced modelling tools like Revit to deliver reliable, coordinated designs.
