The Heathdale Christian College involved the structural design of a two-story primary school building of over 2000sqm, new external storage buildings, external covered walkways and landscaping.
The project structural system is consisted of suspended footings, precast external walls and long span PT slab and steel roof trusses.

Miglic MacLeod provided structural and civil engineering design for the Oxley Kids ELC upgrade which included an additional 2 learning spaces, upgraded commercial kitchen, new Out of School Hours Care Building (OSHC) and extensive external soft and hard playscape areas. The project was constructed in a live environment with both the school and ELC remaining fully operational throughout the works.
Works included design and documentation of the new building to the southwest side of existing buildings including a challenging architectural intent with multiple restraints regarding bracings and column positions. It also included multiple roof level and falls and a connection to the existing building.
Miglic MacLeod provided full structural and civil documentation for the building, landscaping, elevated walkways and playground and provided construction stage services to project completion.
