Peter Miglic
Managing Director
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the property and infrastructure sector and is the Managing Director and owner of Miglic MacLeod.
A qualified civil/structural engineer with significant tendering experience, Peter’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is also a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Peter has worked throughout Australasia on several large infrastructure projects and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Through a career of management in the built environment, Peter provides solutions for clients based on a deep understanding of the industry.
Peter has experience in infrastructure projects for aged care, health, education, land development, and the public and private sectors.
Peter’s key projects include:
- Carlton Connect Initiative (CCI) - University of Melbourne Innovation Precinct
- Various infrastructure, educational and health PPPs, including Melbourne Metro, Bendigo Hospital, Victorian schools
- Various heritage structural and civil assessments
- Arterial roads and structures throughout Australia
- Melbourne CityLink road construction project.
